I too also ordered 2 garden benches with pouches for tools. I received 1 pouch and nothing else. Like the other person who ordered the same product, they offered me a 20% refund. Ridiculous, then a 40% refund when I returned the pouch. SCAM,,,,,do not use this website!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I Ordered a Folding seat & kneeling bench with Green Garden Bag for Garden tools. I received the Garden Bag but never received the seat & kneeling bench. I ask where it was, they told me that was all I was getting and offered me 20% of my money back and I could keep the garden bag. I paid a Total of $26.38 for Bench & Garden Bag which was advertised on Facebook thru Shinyfir. I told them it was UNACCEPTABLE!! Send my money back along with a Prepaid Envelope to send their Garden Bag back. Then then offered me 40% back, I said no REFUND me, then 50% was offered, I so no REFUND me, then 70% was offered. I told them to send my money & a Prepaid Envelope to send their Garden Bag back or send me the Complete Order I paid for. They told me to send the bag back first, which would cost me another $20, then when they receive the bag back if it is not damaged from mailing back, they would a REFUND to me. BUT IT WAS DAMAGED they would not be sending me my money back. I told them to send my refund FIRST with a prepaid envelope and i would send their bag back. I also told them i have already contacted my bank and will be contacting the BBB. I have not heard from them again. It’s a BIG SCAM!! I have read other messages on Facebook from different people who also have not received their full orders. One gentleman had a list of different company names they were using to sell the same product. Now when I go on Facebook and pull up Shinyfir a new company name of Bizzinard.com comes up. PLEASE HELP!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!! THANK YOU!
