Iev been trying to get a hold of customer service for 2 weeks in the attempt to locate my order and have sent several support emails with no response even though I have received automated messages saying a representative will be contacting me within 1-2 business days and they never do. I haven’t received a shipping confirmation or tracking number for my package but I did receive a confirmation of payment. I bought a waist trainer from the above business for 69.99 but have received no indication that it has been shipped and when I tried to contact the business 3 times via the email that was provided on their website and there has never been a response. Number that I found for customer support is a sketchy 12 diget number that says it is only available on “WhatsApp.” When I called the number an automated voice said “you do not have enough money to complete this call.” Which doesn’t make any sense because my phone plan is always up to date. I’d appreciate if ScamPulse.com can help me get to the bottom of this
