Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on Facebook about their "dresses" and ordered online. I got an email saying my order has been picked up and will email ready to ship. I ordered it on Oct. 26th and on Oct 29th I sent an email asking if it was going to ship. They sent me an email back saying it’s a quality issue and the dress needs to be restocked and it will take some time. They asked me to order a different dress. I emailed back for a refund and they sent me another email saying it’s a factory issue and the factory may not have the dress anymore and they said I can get 10% off if I order another dress.

I commented on their Facebook page about my order and experience and they deleted my comment twice. Someone else commented and they said it happened to them. I didn’t screenshot it because I didn’t think the "company" would delete it. Why would a company put dresses and ads on facebook and charge you for something that’s not truly available to order. Something is definitely wrong with this company. When they email there is not a name, address, phone number or company logo. It’s all fake.
