A private seller Trying to sell an immaculate low mileage Toyota RAV4 for $2K…wants transaction handled through eBay….it appears as if the buyer and not the seller create the eBay transaction for purchase for the car and buyer is to post the payment….The seller retrieves the cash with the promise of free shipping and handling within a few days to your address and guarantees a 7 days trial to return car if it isn’t everything they promise. Buyer never receives car after purchasing.
