Letter received from *** *** ***, *** *** *** *** *** ** *** w/ offices also in Africa, Ireland, & England, claiming I won 2nd prize in the second category of the European, African & USA consumer sweepstake in conjunction w/ USA departmental stores. Also enclosed was a check made out to me for $3,950 to help pay for the processing fee which I was told is $3,650. I was advised to contact a claims agent which they gave the name and phone # for to start claim processing and to activate the check.
