Type of a scam Online Purchase

Shahnozn.com looked like a legitimate online web store. I had to create an account in order to make the purchase by providing name, address, and selecting a password. I made a purchase and promptly got an order confirmation via email. So far, so good. Lucky for me that I used PayPal and not a credit card for my payment, hence no financial info was provided.

What flagged me is within a few hours I got a service email from PayPal that the seller had shipped my item and the payment as such had been cleared. Through PayPal, the seller provide a USPS tracking number. I immediately tracked the number, come to find out it was bogus ….. the tracking number was not for my shipment but for something that had shipped days before I placed my order! It’s been a week now and absolutely no response from website customer service. So buyer beware ……… Shahnozn.com is a SCAM!
