I received a call from this company saying I had a loan pulled out when in fact I did not I was deployed to Afghanistan.

Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have been receiving calls from a complany called SGQ Limited and affiliates stating they are representing a payday loan company to collect a debt. I have requested in writing information on the company they represent they refuse to send any written documentation. I have faxed them information for my BK but they insist on harrassing me about this.

I believe they are a scam to trying to get my banking information to withdraw funds stating that they will file a garnishment against my wages for the full amount. Trying to scare me, but I know better than to give out any personal information to any company.

How can these people be stopped?
