Type of a scam Utility

2 individuals knocked on our door at dinner stating they were with our power company BGE. The ID they very briefly showed my husband appeared to say SFE. They were "concerned because scammers had been around the area and wanted to check our BGE bill for errors". When my husband told them to leave, that he would deal with it if and when there was an error in our bill, they threatened that it may not be fixable later, or that they would just have to come back later and they may not have time." They then went to the apartment where my aunt lives that is attached to our house and tried to get her to come to the door. Numerous reports and even a photo of the couple were posted on our community FB page.
