Type of a scam Government Grant

Jeremy from Student Loan Services called stating they had Government Grants to cancelled off my student loan, if I paid 1,870.00 my student loan dept will be paid. To get this debt paid off but they continues to get loan payments from Navient. What should I do I have documents stating that the debt will be paid off but is not. See Below letter received from Students Service Center:

service of Students Service Center requires payment of an initial one time processing fee. Application will not be submitted to the

Department of Education (DOE) until the initial processing fee payment is collected. The attached Service agreement details our all-Inclusive

repayment package that includes our processing fee along with your new estimated DOE payment. Your initial one time Processing Fee to

Students Service Center is $1,870.00. Once your new consolidation loan occurs, your Estimated New Monthly Payment will be $0.00. We

have prepared the documentation of our Service Agreement based on the information you have provided. Please review everything to
