Type of a scam Employment

Initially, I was contacted by my Headhunter about an opportunity to be a mystery shopper. I contacted the email address provided. Later my Headhunter told me that her account has been hacked. Through the contact I was sent information about how to be a mystery shopper. They then sent me a check for $2,995 that I was to deposit in my checking account, wait for the confirmation that funds were available, and then use funds after deducting $300 for myself to purchase items in an Apple Store.
