On Instagram, I saw an advertisement for a cute Sunflower necklace. On January 29, 2020 I ordered the Sunflower necklace with a charm that is engraved "you are my sunshine". The confirmation I received stated I would receive the item in 12 – 20 days. To date (Feb 29, 2020) the item has not been received. None of the links to check the status of my order work, the link to send a request to support does not work. They all say "Oops something is wrong" or "this shop os not available". They do have a facebook page at : www.facebook.com/Serendipitythered-110659070351605 but all the posts are complaints. SCAMMERS!!!
