My Partner booked the Debyshire hotel for 3 nights with the following website http://www.bookingscheaphotel.com/default.asp

She got the price of 162 euros and paid for it with her credit card. I was away on business at the time, and when I got home she told me about the price of the hotel she had booked. The price alerted me that all was not right as very cheap. We phoned the Derbyshire hotel and they said never heard of the company, We also contacted my partners credit card company and they confirmed that the company had taken all the money. In the meantime the travel company have contacted her via email claiming that her card did not work and could she send some new details. I also have more information if needed on who the company is registered to.
