My mother in law was contacted by this company to sell her a medical alert system. She paid $350 and never received her system. She was contacted once to find out if she had received it yet and she told them no. Her credit card has already been charged and she has received nothing. She had called the number and it goes to a voice-mail. No return contact from leaving them countless messages. I have tried and the voice-mail is generic and there is no company name.
