Type of a scam Online Purchase

I searched for pug puppies for sale on SelectPugs.com. The website appeared legitimate and I spoke to a man who identified himself as Cole and his wife as Annie. After multiple calls, conversations, emails, video and photo exchanges, we agreed to purchase 2 pug puppies from them for a total of $1500.00. The puppies were to be home delivered by Cole on Sunday, June 7. He asked me to make payments through Zelle, my bank account Chase uses this online payment method to pay bills. When I paid $1000.00 they then refused to call me, or follow up with me when I asked for identification and an address. I have reported this to my bank and to the search engines. However, their website is still up.
