I have received phone calls from an outfit called SECURUS, # 1-877- 710-3334, this outfit claims to be a phone service for a prison facility, what their asking the person being called, is to open an account with them, using a credit card, so prison inmates can call you collect, and the charges will be charged to the card you used to open the account. BEWARE.
