I agreed to terms and conditions thinking I was going to be charged a 14.99 activation fee instead was charged 16.00 fee I was using a mobile device the terms and conditions states a 14.99 activation fee there was no finally amount shown before they changed my credit card therefore I couldn’t agree to anything that was incorrect. The mobile website is very misleading from the desktop website. Pricing isn’t clarified on a mobile device as well as it is on a desktop version. I also had to fight for a refund of $31. Dollars with them telling me I was shown the finally amount which I 100% know I wasn’t on my mobile device there for I believe that’s an unauthorized charge to my credit card. Something needs to change people need to know not to use a mobile device with this company. Hopeing the attached picture will help I have more attachments if needed.
