Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I received a priority mail envelope from usps, inside was a letter and a cashiers check in my name for $1378 . I was welcomed as a secret shopper for Walmart. The instructions **deposit or cash check then spend $50 at Walmart for myself ,$20 for transportation and $100 for survey(12 questions).Then take the balance $1100 and wire to some guy in Texas. The wire transfer has to be done at Walmart2walmart only and the other funds pay for the transfer and taxes and such.The letter was very explicit on what to do and how quickly they expected it done ,there was a bonus if done in 24hrs.
