I saw the advertisement for rental assistance for a property in Fairfield,CA. I submitted an application with a fee of $25.00 and the confirmation stated that I would get a response in a couple of business days. After a week I sent an email to the company requesting my money back. I got a response stating that someone would get back to me (from email: [email protected]).

I received an email ([email protected]) the next day stating that my application was denied for a non-specific reason (they stated a list of reasons why it was denied but none of them pertained to my application), one of them being that I did not have sufficient credit. This led me to believe that the company is a scam because they did not run my credit.
