We ordered a pair of sneakers and received an order confirmation via email. We never received notification of shipment. We have emailed several times and the emails get bounced back. We have called many times and the phone just rings or says the call can’t be completed. We have filed a disputed with our credit card company and they are looking into it, which will take 90 days. The initial order was placed 5 weeks ago.
