Hi, I’m from philippines, I buy a product from SeasonCaps last 25th of November 2017, it stated to their website in their track order details that my orders are still not shipped yet and still being processed. And it was already 2 months and I still not receive it and they still no ship. And also the sellers still not responding and replying to my email and messages in twitter, I also try to contact them but it can’t connect and only voice mail they require. They don’t update us regarding in our orders but they still keep posting and sending mails that they have new products and promos and still no update with us and feedback. I hope you can help us, there are buyers that same situation and they didn’t received it also, others are a year ago. Thank you, hope you can help us reach with them and caught them.
