Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

Caller asks you if you want to lower your credit card debt. They never ask your name. They ask for your bank and credit card info. When i asked them who they were calling for they said nothing. I then asked if they really thought i was dumb enough to give that info to someone who doesnt even know my name.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 09/09/18 I placed an online order at a website claiming to be Sears. 9/26/18 is when I receive the package and I was not given any notice about it coming late. I did notice that when I put the tracking number in USPS’ website prior to it arriving, any sort of tracking wasn’t available. I did not expect the package to come so late because I was assuming that it would be coming from in-country (U.S., where Sears is based). The package that arrived came from "2F, Fenggang Electricity Industrial Park, Dongshen Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan, China". I am thoroughly convinced that this is a scam website pretending to be Sears. The article of clothing that was included in the package looked nothing alike to what was being advertised on their website. I called their customer service shortly after seeing the blouse and their service was horrible. When I told them I wanted a refund, they told me that their website "functions like eBay" and that the shirt was "from a marketplace", which is not how a legitimate Sears website should work at all. They told me to call "Sevencolo". When I Googled Sevencolo, absolutely no helpful results showed up at all. They don’t even have a website. The lady speaking to me gave me their number (720 506-9669) and the person that picked up spoke nothing but Chinese. I couldn’t understand a single word that was being said to me. I promptly hung up and contacted the fake Sears website again by calling the same customer service number. This time the representative that spoke to me put me on hold for nearly half an hour. Before I finally hung up, some automated message that was distorted and low quality kept repeating. I have recorded the call. It took me approximately 3 tries to get them to send me a return label, and even then they said it would take around 72 hours, despite it being sent by email. Also, another thing worth investigating would be the website that was printed on the bag containing my blouse. It says "www.acevog.com". Their website has no means of contacting the company, no email address or phone number. If you scroll to the bottom of their page, there are grammatical and spelling errors, which makes me further doubt their legitimacy. Googling the fake Sears phone number will cause a search result under the domain "ripoffreport.com" to show up and a consumer has written a detailed paragraph about the same phone number scamming her. Please look further into my claim. I am not the only one that was scammed. I called my father while filing this report and told him to check his credit card statement as soon as possible to make sure they haven’t made any unauthorized charges. Thank you for reading.
