Was looking for this toy for my sister. Well it was a popular item and found it listed as $19.99 with free 2 day shipping. It’s ordered and 30 min later when it was checked on bank statement I was charged $50 tried to cancel the order they wouldn’t answer the phone I’ve sent email after email and they only responded with the same message all I asked for was a refund of the $30 they charged for free 2 day shipping….they have yet to take care of it I’ve already contacted Shopify which is who the store is powered through. They stated they couldn’t do anything about the refund I’d have to contact store or go to bank. I have done both due to it being an authorized transaction the bank won’t use the insurance that Shopify has made us aware of to get my money back either cause of "AUTHORIZATION". Im really upset about this hopefully you can find a solution
