Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I came in contact with this person on Rover.com, which is a dog service app. He was looking for a person to dog sit for his dog named Jack. He said that he was out of town but would be available to schedule a meet and greet with him and the dog when he got back into town. He asked for my email so that he could send a more detailed list of services that would be required to care for his dog. In the email he goes on to say that him and his family will be moving into town and need someone to care for their dog because they are too busy. He attached pictures of the dog, but the dog in the pictures does not match the breed of dog that he listed on Rover. He offered more money than first offered on the Rover app, then said he would pay more if I stayed longer than initially asked. He then continued to explain that he had more pets (2 fish and looking to buy more dogs) and if I was available he would ask me to run errands and to buy supplies, but he would need to speak with his financial expert. At the end of the email he asked for my full name, address with state and zip code, phone number, email address and times available to work.
