Science Mart advertises jewelry for sale through Facebook, which is where I saw a necklace I wanted to purchase on March 6, 2020. As of April 30, I have not yet received my order. I got a tracking email on March 29 after reaching out the first time about the status of my order. The email says that DHL has received my shipment but nothing after that. I have tried contacting Science Mary via phone, email and Facebook and they will not contact me back. Many other people have commented on Science Mary’s Facebook page that the same thing has happened to them.
