Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website came up when I was looking for bikes. The website looked like a legitimate Schwinn website. It was after I put in an order that I got suspicious when then website had many options for payment, but when I went to pay the only option was paypal and to a person named Lorena Cervantes. That should have been a red flag. After further checking, the website was Zenger.com. I have tried to cancel my order with both emails that were provided. One was undeliverable and on there was no response. I also reached out to both paypal and my credit card company to not complete this payment. I was told by both that the transaction had to go through and be completed before I could dispute the charge. I have documentation from "paypal" on delivery update. The USPS tracking number provided stated the item(a bike) was delivered to my mailbox on July 2. I placed the order on July 8. The bike was priced at $89.75 and that is what I authorized. I never got a confirmation email or invoice. There was to be free shipping, no tax, no insurance, however the charge which was made was $103.20. Do not fall for this scam like I did!!
