I saw an a job opening on Indeed.com. I applied on Indeed and was then messaged by the company on Indeed to send an email to a personal email address with my resume and cover letter even though I already provided that on Indeed when I applied. I got an email saying the position wasn’t available, but another position was available being a personal assistant to the President of the company named Chris G******* I did some digging online. Looks like they used a real company’s name, but that company was shut down after being charged with insurance fraud. I emailed back, but haven’t heard anything yet. I couldn’t find them on ScamPulse.com and now the Indeed ad is down. Plus their website was super vague and their address was a skyscraper in the middle of town.
