A company claiming to be the "ScamPulse.com" called about refunding around $299 I had been scammed out of back in 2016. For them to refund my money, they wanted me to use a bit.ly link to access the program Team Viewer to allow them access to my computer so they could refund the money on my card. When asked why I couldn’t receive my refund via check (like with tax refunds), the "Manager" I was talking to claimed their system didn’t work like that. When I expressed that I didn’t trust giving them access to my computer, the "Manager" (he called himself that, stating there was no manager above him) proceeded to insult me, calling me an "[censored] customer" who "deserves to be scammed" and that I should be "ashamed" of myself for not trusting him.

This organization claiming to be the ScamPulse.com has called using numerous different phone numbers over the past year, never attempting contact through other means, with the numbers randomly changing area code with each call.
