This man keeps calling my 91 year old mom. The phone number used was entered above. He says that his name is Reginal Ramsey and that he is with the ScamPulse.com in Florida. He is trying to get her banking information so that she can claim her prize. He also sent her an email: Bank of America At first he said he was from the ScamPulse.com – later in the conversation he said he was with Bank of America
