Type of a scam Investment

I was referred to a binary option broker from a webinar hosted by some guy of the name, Shaw. Apparently he was some guru who was going to make everyone wealthy if they came into the webinar that particular night and invested in the broker to which he recommended. Since registering and depositing the money of £500 GBP I have found it extremely difficult to communicate with them at times, after an initial telephone call from senior account manager, Simon Morrison, e-mail address: [email protected] I did not want to invest anymore money into his so called elitist club and not heard from them since.

I received these messages from him:

if you would just answer my calls i would help you with anything you need

and im not looking to get anything from you we can trade with the money you have in your account

i’m actually sitting in cypress Europe and not in USA or China, even thought we do have offices all around the globe.

i understand that you trade with big option, however it sound like you only trade once or twice a month instead of trading daily with a broker, i understand you need to rest as you’re human (just like myself) however your money should be working for you 24/7 to reach the highest potential

I am still able to access the Scala Trade website and even see clearly that the two separate amounts of £250 have been approved but are still pending so my bank has not received them yet. I had issues with setting up the account and their compliance department who I sent my ID documents to several times but still no progress of the account.
