A representative from Sawyer and Associates by the name of Avery Owens stated I owed a balance on a Providian Credit Card in 2013 and the new broker was Chase Bank looking for litigation on a pending civil suit. I called my local sheriff department which believed it’s a scam. I also called Chase Bank and corporate office to verify that I am not in any default. Contacting Federal Trade Commission Office too.
