Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a box of tiles on saveshubstore.com. Website said it was having trouble processing credit cards, so I paid with PayPal. I was told this method was also rejected. I then used an Amazon gift card. The next day I rec’d confirmation that both orders had been processed. I contacted the "company" by email and got a nice response from Sales, and a promise that one order would be cancelled and payment refunded to my PayPal account. This has not happened.

The shipping information provided is for one "USN Carrier." Nothing found on the internet as USN other than US Navy. Clever. There is a very thorough website at usncarrier.com (which is identical to usnpost.com).

I could not find any information through Google search other than the storefront website. These folks have gone through a lot of trouble to make their websites look legitimate. The price looked too good to be true; I should have trusted my instincts.
