Type of a scam Online Purchase

They had an ad for a watch on Facebook. Claimed they were giving a certain amount away for free and just had to pay for shipping. Well I loved the watch and paid $12 in shipping costs. That was in April of this year. Haven’t received anything and contacted them multiple times. Each time they tell they reordered it and would send me tracking info. Never happened. They have my card info and I got a phony charge a month ago.
