This company had advertisements on Social media sites. I paid for a swim top and never received it. The website is changed now to Zahara Apparel. I’m unable to reach anyone about my order- I’ve accepted I’ll never get it but I do want money back. Scam. And it looks like they are continuing to do it under a different alias.

They offer a giveaway swimsuit, but you have to pay for shipping. I paid and it’s been over two months and I have not received my package. I’ve tried to contact them twice on their “contact us” page, as well as email them twice (which I should’ve done first because their email is fake).

Fake swimwear website. Claims to have a "free 24 hour swimsuit giveaway" where you only pay for the shipping costs. Once they give you a fake confirmation email you never get the product, and they provide you with a fake email for customer support.

This business was promoting a free bikini giveaway on Instagram. I have sent numerous emails asking for updates on my order and still no response from them.

This business was promoting a free bikini giveaway on Instagram, and customers would only have to pay for shipping ($5.95). I ordered a bikini top on June 3rd, and as of today, July 22nd, have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails asking for updates on my order and still no response from them. This business is a scam, and people should stay away from them! They re-use the same photos as other fake bikini websites to lure unsuspecting customers.

DO NOT believe the Instagram/Facebook ads promoting a "24 HOUR GIVEAWAY: Giveaway ONLY Available for the First 100 Orders (Max 2 Items Per Order) Pay shipping only: final cost will vary depending on how many items are being ordered".

It was such a quick/cheap purchase that I almost forgot about it for a month. But my first suspicions arose when I saw another "24 HOURS ONLY GIVEAWAY" ad… Then saw a similar promotion directly on their website (https://savanahswimwear.com)… a "24 hour giveaway" that never ends.

I looked back at the original email-confirmation for my order which says, "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]"… an undeliverable email address.

I visited their website again where under Terms of Service it says, "Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at [email protected]"… also an undeliverable email address.

I filled out their Contact Us form… no response.

They claim to be a "Californian inspired swimwear brand" but deep in their Terms of Service it states they are "operated by Slap Shades" and are "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 16638 87A ave, surrey, BC, V4N 5B2, Canada."

Looking at my credit card charge (for me $8.47) it shows additional merchant/transaction details as

"SURREY, BC 004520000 CA"

I know it’s not a lot of money I was dooped out of, and hindsight the deal was definitely too good to be true (literally), but I’ve been taken advantage of. This is the problem with fake ads on social media. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

My daughters heard of this deal on Instagram and each found 2 items. They spent $16.47 for shipping. We placed the order back on June 13, 2018. It is now July 14, 2018. I have tried contacting them the only way they make available and I get no response.

Their website says it is operated by Slap Shades and says "Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to us at [email protected]" I emailed this address and it bounced back to me.

I would like to know how to get my money back.

I saw this offer on Instagram offering a free push-up bikini, all I had to pay was shipping. I paid shipping and now it’s been 2 months, it’s not processed, the money took out of my account under “Save The Dogs surrey BC”, and every time I email them I get a “delivery notice failure”

This company is scamming people using ad’s on Instagram. Savanah Swimwear has an ongoing “24 hour giveaway” where they get you to order a bathing suit for free and only pay for shipping. The supposed “24 hour giveaway” has been going on for weeks at least. They do not allow comments on any of the Instagram posts (this is so that people can’t comment that they’re a scam company). I purchased a free bathing suit and paid only for shipping. I haven’t heard anything from the company since I ordered it. I ordered express shipping and have not hear from them. It’s been 10+ days. I contacted the company through their website and have received no response. Overall, looking at this company’s website and Instagram account, both look very fishy. To buy a regular bathing suit, the shipping charge is $1.97 and it is the only shipping option available. This company is clearly stealing money from people.
