I ordered the "Free" sample product to where they were only asking for a small shipping charge of $4.95. First scam is they force you to purchase another product upon checking out. I should have known by then that this was not a legitimate company. It was only $5 so I agreed. Apparently somewhere hidden there was a future charge of $99.95. I called the very day the charge was pending authorization, in attempt to cancel the transaction with no success. The customer service rep kept dancing around the topic and not giving me direct answers. He kept saying that he cancelled the order. When I ask him bluntly did he cancel the order and refund me the money, he said he can not refund me my money but he did cancel the order.
