This is my second complaint about this company … The first one is like all the others before where the company sends you dvd’s for your high school student to practice for his/her SAT exams. The dvd’s are free for 30 days however they need a Credit Card # for security in case you do not return them. If you want to keep them this company will charge you $99.99. Immediately a charge of $216 was charged to my account. I hadn’t even opened the package yet! So I sent it back CERTIFIED. I fought for over a month to get a credit on my account … the only reason I received the full credit was that I had proof of mailing and date and time it was delivered. (Which I still have)

THEIR NEW SCAM IS TO CHARGE YOU $69.99 FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES … I now have this fee on my credit card – I called them up and told them that I was reporting their scam – that I would be filing another complaint. They said they would credit my card and I should see a refund in 2 days.

BEWARE — WATCH YOU CREDIT CARD FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES FROM THIS COMPANY — COMPLETE RIP OFF
