I purchased a sidesleeper pillow on 1/16/19 that was for sale on a facebook for $26.87 charged to my Visa on that day. It is now 4/15. When I send them emails, I occasionally get a response that it was lost in transit, under investigation, sending another an I’ll get a tracking number in a few days, NONE of this happens. What a scam.

I ordered a pair of side sleeper pillows January 13, 2019 from their website via a Facebook advertisement. My credit card was charged within 24 hours and I received a confirmation email that my order was being processed and to expect shipping confirmation within a few days. After 10 days with no response, I emailed their customer service (January 23, 2019) and received a reply saying my order was "handed over to their shipping carrier" and I would receive a tracking number "in a few days". I have emailed them several times and kept getting the same response until their last email said that it was lost in shipping and that I would get a replacement shipment. I’m sure this was just a bunch of lies because I’ve never gotten any shipping information. They are now going by the name ParaPicks.com

I purchased my item on 1/22/19. My card was charge immediately. I have repeatedly attempted to get shipping information from the company. They respond that they will send me a tracking number within a few days but they never send the tracking number and I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks for my item.
