Product claims to help degenerative myelopathy in dogs and offers full refund if dissatisfied. However, there is no contact information available, only to return product for full refund. My dog passed before the product arrived. I attempted to reach out to the company and could not. I returned the product to the address on the package with an explanation and never heard from them. This product was very expensive and I was desperate to help my dog and now I am out the cost as well.
