Right after Doug Bower cashed our advance check on a paving stone project last Friday, August 14, 2020, his crew

walked off to another "more profitable" job with their equipment. Monday morning, Marlee and Sergey,

the supervisors, came and took the advertisement sign posted in front of our gates, while leaving

all the rubbish, trash and numerous large 6’+ concrete rebar debris in place, which Marlee and

Sergey promised all debris will be "cleaned out in no time". Contractor also left our driveway

blocked with the rocks we purchased on Contractor’s behalf for the synthetic grass area planters;

i.e. even fire trucks cannot pass through in an emergency. In total, we advanced Contractor

$30,000 out of $46,529.There appears to be a sinister pattern of taking clients’ money & move on to the next victim.
