I was looking for online service to unlock my latest Samsung Galaxy S8 bought from t-mobile. T-mobile denied my request to unlock it because I have to be at least 45 days on t-mobile network before I qualify to unlock my phone. I wanted to do it before 45 days because I was travelling abroad. So, I decided to do it from third party company. I talked to many website but they said they service is currently offline but later on I found out about this Samsung Sim Unlock website from where people were successfully unlocking their phones. there were many people claiming they were successfully able to unlock their phone from this company in XDA-Developers Forum. I thought its a legit website and paid $13 for unlocking service to them using my debit card. Next day they contacted my saying my phone is Hard Locked and they will charge additional money to complete the order. So I paid additional $13 to complete my order. Next day the sent me unlock code and instruction to unlock my phone but it did not work.. I contacted them and they said there was some issues on their end so they will help me resolve my issue. I have been in talk with them through email from the very first day and every day they were making some excuses and never gave me what their service offered for the money I paid. Now they are completely out of contact they wont even reply any of my emails after I started asking for refund. while before they used to reply every single email of mine.
