Alisa and Boyfriend Ron – Claim to fix Appliances like Dishwashers in my case, He came in took a look at my dishwasher – pressed some buttons – turned the breaker on and off but he then said my mother board was bad and I had to pay for the entire cost in advance – which I questioned – He said the part would be in in 3 days – Then claimed it was back ordered, a month later he no called no showed but when I called said he was out of town for a funeral – They closed down the LLC on 6/7/18 but had promised me that same day they would have the part and now they don’t answer the phone or return calls. I have an invoice showing I paid, I have text messages from Ron and Alisa – the LLC is in Alisa L Crosky’s name – This was a SCAM – Same Day Solutions LLC # L18000058007 – The address listed 8335 Freedom Crossing Trail #3203 Jacksonville, FL 32256 is an apartment 904-503-2470 and the other phone they gave me 904-365-3477
