The company offers a low interest loan of about 3% they email you terms and conditions and when you fill it out and send it back they charge you a fee for insurance on the loan and then they email you tell you that it will cost you an account activation fee a code to transfer the funds into your account the fees go as following 380.00 for the insurance and then 625.00 for the code.
If you start questioning the fee they stop replying and block you from there site.
