I ordered a Curling Iron that curls and straightens on Facebook, in August 2017. I never received an email confirmation, so I waited a couple weeks and contacted them. Nothing. In October I emailed again and I received the following: We feel devastated to know that you haven’t received your order yet. Your package has already been shipped and when we contacted the shipping company for an update, they could not provide any acceptable reasons. We are truly sorry and we really feel awful for giving you a disappointing experience. Would you allow us to resend? They sent an email with the tracking information. That was a fraud, as when I clicked on it, no information, just an apology that something was wrong with the website. I investigated and found others had been scammed. I looked up the website and they gave this website if you need support: [email protected] I reported them to the BBB, but they say they can’t do anything, You would think with the new technology, that ScamPulse.com could check on the online companies ripping us off.

I ordered a hair straightener off a beauty website on Instagram and I was directed to SALEGURU I placed my order got a order number which was order #23131 when I try to track the item all it shows is what I ordered and no other information. The only way you can contact this company is by submitting your email then when you submit your concerns to them they say they will contact you shortly but they never do. They have no phone number or address on their website
