Type of a scam Online Purchase

I contacted Waggie and records to a emotional support card not for an apartment housing or for flying they then wanted to give me a card to print out just for housing and flying I called them back right away to say I did not want the product it was not what I needed.

I called them at least 20 times a day starting an hour after the initial purchase and emailed them at least 50 times a day. They still would not answer me or contact me about what I needed.

Forward to a week and a half two weeks later I received in the mail nothing that pertains to what I had wanted they have still not contacted me on a refund.

I contacted my bank who said they have a no return policy well I didn’t get anything within that amount of time so I was canceling it, I don’t believe that I am liable for this amount of money when I tried to cancel it immediately.

I believe they are a scam they will not contact me they will do nothing I’m not even sure if they have anybody legitimately working there.

After the initial call I have emailed at least 30 times a day and called at least 40 times a day and still no contact.
