Type of a scam Phishing

Website had a lock indicating a secure website. Gave my name, address, phone number, SS#, Drivers license info & the state for my D.L., bank account routing #, checking account#, name of my employer, address, ph#, how long I have lived at my address, how long I had this bank account, how long I have worked at my job, entered the pre-selected offer code of S15P4NPGX then submitted to a get single line message saying I have been denied & will receive a letter. I have not lost any money yet, but I plan to cancel my bank account & get a new one ASAP. I am unable to attach a copy of the letter ( I only know how to do this from my cell phone and not from the desktop computer I am using at this time)
