Type of a scam COVID-19
Purchase was made and the company then would claim that it would take 1-3 days to ship,and then claimed it was shipped but didn’t provide a tracking number. They repeatedly said they shipped and could not refund because they already shipped.
When they were confronted that there was no tracking number and/or evidence of shipping even in their system they simply would reply. It was shipping now or was already shipped and refused to issue a refund.
I went to the bank and initiated a claim for fraud and hope to get my money back.
Beware of companies like this.
