Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was trying to see how to have a new social securty card sent to me this pooped up first for some reason i clicked on it and i thought by putting my information in and paying them that i was to have my social securty card sent to me. Then they sent me an email with a pdf form and instructions to print that out and send it into social securty office. This was not the government site I thought I was on, it redirected me to a third party payment system out of the country. My credit card company Capitol One Venture card contacted me for possible spam. I gave them my information and my parent’s information. I am very concerned.
