Type of a scam Phishing
We received a phone call. Caller ID identified the caller as Gareth Giesler. The phone number is 201-254-8826. We called this number back and there was an answer.
Essentially, the caller said that pain cream and anti-itch cream would be provided and insurance would pay for it. No doctor was ever consulted for these products. Several questions were asked, including where you were born, birth date etc.
