Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered two bikinis from this website a month ago today and still have not received a confirmation of shipment. I have tried contacting them via email, their "phone number," social media and through their support. They take about 4 days to respond to an email and each time say that the products are on their way. I also asked for a refund and they do not grant refunds even if the product you paid for and ordered does not arrive. After looking at their page on facebook, I have discovered that several other girls have run into this problem. I want my money back or the swimsuits I ordered.
