Type of a scam Online Purchase

Went to order some shoes for my wife. Go through the entire process and it seem legit from the start. Then get the check out after trying to complete order it tell me "there is a data transaction error." Well I decided to check my account and it shows the person name who took my money of the exact same cost of the shoes. So I’m having to call the bank to cancel the transaction. This site needs to be removed from the internet completely before it takes another victim. Apparently this site been going on since 2015 and nobody done anything about it. Do your job and get rid of it or find someone that will.
