this individual promoted roof repair on radio station that covers buy/sell program called "El Mercadito".

The lady called him since she needed her roof repaired and wanted an estimate. she accepted the estimate and work was

supposedly completed in one day. she paid $1800 in cash. this ocurred last Sept/Oct 2018. when winter hit, her roof started leaking in her mobile home.

her next door neighbor also requested roof repair and was scammed out of $1500-1600 paid in cash.

found Facebook ref scammer on Facebook page called El Mercadito de Idaho. someone found his payroll check

and posted it on this page which he responded to. His payroll check has the company name of *** *** *** *** *** *** with the name as Ruben Bernal, *** * *** *** *** ** ***.
